Counsel confirmed the recorded notice is ready for mailing. Owners should watch for a packet containing the revitalized documents.
The revived Declaration of Covenants, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Florida Department of Commerce approval letter, and legal descriptions of the affected parcels were recorded in the Official Records of Indian River County on August 18, 2026.
