Revitalized governing documents recorded
The revived Declaration of Covenants, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Florida Department of Commerce approval letter, and legal descriptions of the affected parcels were recorded in the Official Records of Indian River County on August 18, 2026.
Board acts on aeration noise and banking
At the May 5, 2026 Board meeting, the Directors approved temporary aeration-system noise mitigation and a move of Association accounts to Raymond James.
Covenant revitalization membership meeting
Owners met April 19, 2026 to complete the revitalization process after the February 15 meeting was invalidated by a notice-delivery issue.
